Our remapping a Truck include Delete EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), DPF Delete (Diesel Particulate Filter), UREA system delete (DEF Fluid), VGT Turbo delete (Variable geometry turbo). By removing these components from your engine, you will significantly increase the performance of your diesel engine when using your heavy truck for off-highway purposes

DELETE EGR/DPF/DEF ON TRUCK ENGINES
Removing the internal components of the DPF is the first step to perform the DPF delete. To access the internal components, a small window must first be cut into the truck’s DPF before removing the DPF. The window is re-welded to the DPF once all internal components of the DPF have been removed. The truck’s ECU can then be programmed with the EGR, DPF, DEF delete software.
After the DPF has been repaired, we reprogramme the ECU to disable it and remove all the pertinent P Codes. We can install a remap and delete EGR and AdBlue systems at the same time. A delete EGR,DPF,DEF is an economical option that offers the following advantages:
- Reduced DPF Maintenance Costs
- Reduced Turbo Lag
- Improved Performance
- Improved Fuel Economy
*Our DPF Solution (delete) service is recommended for off-road use only. A delete EGR,DPF,DEF is illegal for use on a public road.
This solution is recommended to be done together with delete EGR,DEF,DPF. Because all emission systems work together in diesel engine management, check the delete options on our website or contact us.
Services
SERVICES DELETE EGR / DPF / DEF
A DPF delete service involves removing the diesel particulate filter (DPF) from a vehicle’s exhaust system. The DPF is an emission control device that is designed to remove soot or particulate matter from the exhaust gas of a diesel engine. Removing the DPF is sometimes referred to as “DPF removal” or “DPF off.”
There are several reasons why someone might choose to perform a delete EGR,DPF,DEF service on their vehicle. Some people may do this to increase their engine’s horsepower and torque output, as the DPF can reduce exhaust gas flow and reduce performance. Others may do it to save money on maintenance, since the DPF requires periodic cleaning or replacement.
We must read the original software from your truck’s ECU in order to delete EGR,DPF,DEF. We may delete all DPF,EGR,DEF structures from the software by using an interface to our specialized laptop system.
After that, we may program the ECU’s software, Delete EGR,DPF,DEF from the truck, and take off the temperature and pressure sensors from the exhaust (or leave them in if you want the truck to maintain its factory configuration or original appearance).
The whole process is remote work through Teamviewer
After completing this procedure, the truck won’t try to regenerate, won’t emit black smoke, won’t turn on the engine management or DPF check lights, and will have considerably better MPG!
This solution is recommended to be done together with delete EGR,DEF,DPF. Because all emission systems work together in diesel engine management, check the delete options on our website.

DPF DELETE
DPF stands for Diesel Particulate Filter. It is an emission control device that is designed to remove diesel particulate matter or soot from the exhaust gas of a diesel engine.
The DPF system works by trapping the soot particles in a ceramic or metallic filter and then burning them off at high temperatures to turn them into ash. The DPF filter is typically located in the exhaust pipe and is made up of a ceramic or metallic filter element that is surrounded by a metal casing.
The DPF system is an important part of a vehicle’s emissions control system, as it helps to reduce the amount of harmful particulate matter that is released into the air. It is typically found on diesel engines, as they tend to produce more particulate matter than gasoline engines.
There are different types of DPF systems, including passive DPFs and active DPFs. Passive DPFs do not require any input from the vehicle’s engine control system and rely on the high temperatures of the exhaust gas to burn off the trapped soot. Active DPFs, on the other hand, use an additional source of heat, such as an electrical heating element or a chemical catalyst, to help burn off the trapped soot.
To avoid all these problems related to emissions, we carry out the delete EGR/DPF/DEF work, programming the ecm of your engine, in this way you will avoid future problems for your truck.
This solution is recommended to be done together with delete EGR,DPF,DEF. Because all emission systems work together in diesel engine management, check the delete options on our website.

A blocked DPF is potentially dangerous because it can cause the exhaust system to overheat and present a fire hazard. If the DPF warning light is on, do not ignore it. If regeneration is not working properly, it will lead to soot buildup that affects performance and fuel economy. If left unattended, this will result in a blocked DPF, which can ultimately cause very expensive damage to other engine components.
Consult an expert, carefully weigh your options, and take care of the problem. At this point, your only practical choices are to have the system removed or to replace it using an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) DPF.

DEF DELETE (SCR)
DEF stands for Diesel Exhaust Fluid. It is a liquid that is used in the emission control system of diesel engines to reduce the amount of nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions that are released into the air.
DEF is a clear, non-toxic, and odorless liquid that is made up of a mixture of urea and deionized water. It is stored in a separate tank on the vehicle and is injected into the exhaust stream of the engine as a fine mist.
The DEF system works by breaking down the nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas into nitrogen and water, which are both harmless to the environment. The chemical reaction that occurs when DEF is injected into the exhaust stream is called selective catalytic reduction (SCR).
DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) is typically used in conjunction with a diesel particulate filter (DPF) to help reduce the emissions of particulate matter, as well as NOx, from diesel engines.
DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) is required to be refilled at regular intervals, as it is consumed in the SCR process. The DEF tank is typically refilled at the same time as the fuel tank, and the DEF level is monitored by the vehicle’s onboard computer system. If the DEF level gets too low, the vehicle may not be able to start or may go into a “limp home” mode, in which the engine’s performance is limited until the DEF tank is refilled.
Although it is known to have extremely high running expenses, it is employed in a procedure known as selective catalytic reduction (SCR) to reduce nitrogen emissions from the exhaust of diesel engines.
To avoid all these problems related to emissions, we carry out the delete EGR/DPF/DEF work, programming the ecm of your engine, in this way you will avoid future problems for your truck.
This solution is recommended to be done together with delete EGR,DEF,DPF. Because all emission systems work together in diesel engine management, check the delete options on our website.

We can reprogramme the ECU in your truck to allow you to minimize or entirely stop using AdBlue. The dash error lights won’t be illuminated by our procedure.
Only trucks used for off-road or racing should have their AdBlue particulate filter or egr system removed. Owners and operators are responsible for operating a vehicle with a disabled system on public roads.

DELETE EGR
EGR stands for Exhaust Gas Recirculation. It is an emission control system that reduces the amount of oxides of nitrogen (NOx) in the exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine. NOx emissions contribute to air pollution and are regulated by environmental agencies in many countries.
The EGR system works by recirculating a portion of the exhaust gas back into the engine’s combustion chamber. This helps to reduce the peak temperature of the combustion process, which in turn reduces the amount of NOx that is produced.
The EGR system consists of an EGR valve, which is controlled by the engine’s control system, and an EGR cooler, which is used to cool the recirculated exhaust gas before it is reintroduced into the engine. The EGR valve is typically located in the exhaust manifold or exhaust pipe and is connected to the intake manifold by a tube.
There are different types of EGR systems, including mechanical EGR systems, which use a mechanical linkage to actuate the EGR valve, and electronic EGR systems, which use an electric motor to actuate the valve.
EGR systems are commonly used on diesel engines, as they tend to produce higher levels of NOx emissions than gasoline engines. However, they are also used on some gasoline engines, particularly those that are used in vehicles that are subject to strict emissions regulations.

DELETE EGR .At DPF Solutions, we offer cutting-edge methods for eliminating egr valves, which can clog with carbon deposits and lead to failure or sticking, error codes, and vehicle malfunction. Our software solution to delete egr valve is a reliable way to increase engine efficiency.

POWER AND FUEL ECONOMY
A remap can be performed on a diesel engine to optimize its performance and improve its power and torque output, as well as its fuel economy. The specific effects on a diesel engine’s power and fuel economy will depend on the specific changes that are made to the engine management software.
For example, a remap on a diesel engine might involve increasing the fuel injection pressure or altering the ignition timing to increase the power output. This can result in improved acceleration and a higher top speed, but it may also result in increased fuel consumption.
On the other hand, a remap on a diesel engine might involve optimizing the fuel-to-air ratio and fine-tuning the engine’s operating parameters to improve its efficiency. This can result in better fuel economy, but it may also result in a reduction in power output.
It is important to note that a remap is not a guaranteed way to improve a diesel engine’s power and fuel economy. The specific effects will depend on the starting condition of the engine and the specific changes that are made to the engine management software. It is also important to ensure that the engine is in good condition and well-maintained, as any underlying issues could negatively impact the performance of the engine.

Not only will it increase engine power and torque ratings, but it will also widen the powerband and improve throttle response. The original manufacturer reduces power output; the primary advantage of ecotuning is lower fuel consumption.
This is because it will aid greatly when fully loaded, towed, or on grades, and it can operate in a higher gear at a slower pace. It will also take less throttle input to maintain highway speeds.
This solution is recommended to be done together with delete EGR,DEF,DPF. Because all emission systems work together in diesel engine management, check the delete options on our website.
