1. Shut off engine and apply the parking brake, chock the wheels, and perform any other applicable safety
steps.

2. Disconnect the batteries. Refer to OEM procedures.
3. If necessary, remove the passenger side fairing. Refer to OEM procedures.
4. Remove the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) inlet pressure sensor tube (1) by loosening the tube nut and
removing it from the DOC inlet pressure port.

5. Remove the DOC inlet pressure sensor tube (1) from the rubber hose (2) by loosening the hose clamp and
sliding the DOC inlet pressure sensor tube (1) out of the rubber hose (2).

Installation of the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst Inlet Pressure Sensor
Tube

1. Apply anti-seize on the tube nut threads, then install into the port on the 1-BOX™ configuration.
Note : If pressure tube is replaced, replace hose and clamps also.
2. Install the DOC inlet pressure sensor tube (1) into the rubber hose (2).

3. Tighten hose clamp.
4. Torque the tube nut to 27-30 N·m (20-22 lb·ft).

5. Connect the batteries. Refer to OEM procedures.
6. If removed, install the passenger side fairing. Refer to OEM procedures.

Removal of the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst Inlet Temperature
Sensor

1. Shut off engine and apply the parking brake, chock the wheels, and perform any other applicable safety

2. Disconnect the batteries. Refer to OEM procedures.
3. If necessary, remove the passenger side fairing. Refer to OEM procedures.
4. Disconnect the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst Inlet temperature sensor electrical connector and remove from the
mounting bracket.

5. Remove the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) inlet temperature sensor (2) from the 1-BOX™
